Becoming

I become water when I drink water.

I am music when I listen to it.

Dreaming my thoughts becomes me

when I am asleep.

When I make love

love makes love to me.

I simply watch everything

without trying to change it.

Understanding it took me a lifetime

and it still say – what a bargain!

If you let me go to seek more

so I could share with you what else I found

and if I return to you

whispering your name

in ecstasy

then my work is done.

Take me then

for ever.
