SHINING

I wrote once:

...your presence in my life
is an enlightenment
once inspired by your soul
trying to twine
with mine

there are always
somewhere
two souls twining

some abide only for a moment
some never convoke

some quarrel
in a frenzy
aghast in disconcert

as if they never believed
they could be

Do they remain
afraid
bemused
and fearful?

I wrote once:

that first made me happy
and then
it made me sad.

there are always
somewhere
two souls disjoining

some cleave only for a moment
some never return

I always thought that separation
is only a phonetic

and it is achieved only
in a sacred apparition
so it could reconcile fear

fear is a part of passion
is it not?

I wrote once:

pure and chaste
like whisper

there are always
somewhere

Some abide forever.
