I was a slave to my feelings
- not yours.
I only begged for kindness
- but it wasn't there.
I felt fear around you and
- it made me see my own.
-But I loved you more
-with every moment I saw your sadness.
Your masks and paintings
- your carvings
spoke of greatness and freedom
you hardly showed.
So hard to believe
they were made by you.
you made me die
- everytime I saw you.
Once for bliss
Once for agony.
I want you to be safe.
I want you to prosper.
but today I wish
- I never met you.
